I will also share some Channelled messages from one of my spiritual guides – Archangel Metatron. Archangel Metatron is here to help elevate peoples’ vibration and shift up a notch – he is helping Mother Earth and the collective consciousness at this time and is a force of beautiful light and love!

CURRENT ENERGIES 6th OCTOBER 2025
Today is the 6th October and we have now entered into the first of 3 very powerful Supermoons, ending on the 4th December. This current full moon is the Aries Full Moon, which is a fiery action based energy. We are being encouraged to take a leap of faith and shed what is not aligning in our path anymore to make way for exciting new opportunities. On a separate issue, I will be teaching a Reiki Level 2 Workshop in the Palms Health & Wellbeing on Saturday October 25th 2025 and half day Sunday 9th November, this may interest anyone that is certified in Reiki Level 1 and feels ready to level up. CURRENT ENERGIES 30/09/25
We are currently in the Post eclipse energies, and the energies have been ‘full on’ over the past few weeks. We are also post equinox – where the nights are getting longer and the days are getting shorter for those of you in the northern hemisphere and the opposite for those of you in the southern hemisphere . Each polarity brings in slightly different energies but overall, it is about sitting with what has come up for you over the past number of weeks. This is a time of balance and letting go of what came to the surface to be shed – on all levels. A time to lean into what was getting your attention and asking to be healed. This is a time of introspection and reflection, deciding on your next steps, embracing the ‘void’ and knowing its ok to just Be. We don’t always have to have a plan and be rushing around cross checking our lists! Yesterday was also the feast day of Archangel Michael and his presence is very much around this week. I have pulled his Angel card 5 x times over the past few days consecutively – which is more than just a coincidence! I am attaching below a channelled message from him for the collective and his card that I pulled from the Aidan Storey Angel Hugs card deck which are beautiful to work with. UPCOMING EVENTS
After a very successful in person Reiki Healing Circle held from April to June inclusive, I will be re-starting the circle from Thursday 28th August to 11th December. This is held in the Olive Room, The Palms Health & Wellbeing Centre, Gorey, Co. Wexford and is open to men and women. You will receive a Reiki / Angel Healing in a loving supportive environment, along with experiencing a meditation, infused with shamanic drumming. Refreshments will be served also along with positive vibes! All are welcome, all you need is an open heart and be open to receiving a healing XXX

ANGEL CARD READING Week ahead 28/09/25
Greetings dear ones, I am Archangel Michael and I am connecting with you through the light of the Blue Ray. At this current time, I am aiding the collective in opening up their throat chakra which is the fifth chakra and is also connected to the opening of the 5th Dimension. For many, it has been closed for much time but as it is now opening, people are beginning to find their voice again. When it is fully open, you will be able to fully connect with your gifts and creativity to push forward. As it begins to open fully, it is bringing much to the surface to be cleared, along with physical ailments for some.
This is a time to nurture your throat chakra, wear blue crystals around it and visualise blue / golden light pouring into this area for cleansing and activating, I am aiding in this. Know that I am with you at all times. I am also helping you to cut the cords to the past – people, situations, places and events that no longer serve you, to enable you to move forward feeling lighter and brighter ready to immerse yourself into a higher consciousness.
If you are feeling triggered or challenged, simply connect in with me through your heart chakra and ask me to cut the cords with my mighty sword and wrap my blue bubble of love, light and protection around you.
