I will also share some Channelled messages from one of my spiritual guides – Archangel Metatron. Archangel Metatron is here to help elevate peoples’ vibration and shift up a notch – he is helping Mother Earth and the collective consciousness at this time and is a force of beautiful light and love!

UPCOMING EVENTS
We held our first REIKI SOUNDBATH (in Gorey) on the 23rd November in the Olive Room. I did this in collaboration with Kiara Murphy of Sounds of Wellness. Myself and Kiara have held events before but this was the first time we held one in Gorey, Wexford.
We had a full turnout of lovely people and the feedback was so positive. It was a morning of high vibes and healing. The next one will be held on January 18th – details and link to follow.
REIKI 1 WORKSHOP – Due to demand, I have added an extra Reiki 1 Workshop on Sunday November 16th & December 7th, an in person event in the Palms Health & Wellbeing Centre. This will be the final one for 2025. For more details click here: Reiki Level 1
I have re-started a Reiki Healing Circle which is held every Thursday evening 7.15pm – 9.00pm until 11th December 2025 inclusive. This is held in the Olive Room, The Palms Health & Wellbeing Centre, Gorey, Co. Wexford and is open to men and women. 
You will receive a Reiki / Angel Healing in a loving supportive environment, along with experiencing a meditation, infused with shamanic drumming. Refreshments will be served also along with positive vibes! All are welcome, all you need is an open heart and be open to receiving a healing XXX
